Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick margarine, melted (1/2 c.)
2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 large onion, chopped
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
