Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) boxes lemon jello
2 c. hot water
4 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Mix together the first four ingredients and let chill for 45 minutes.
Add cucumber and blend with ingredients with mixer.
Add mayonnaise and sour cream.
Place in mold sprayed with Pam cooking spray and chill until ready to serve.
