Roasted Potato Fans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, peeled
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Being careful not to cut all the way through, make slices every 1/4 inch in potatoes.
    Pour butter into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Arrange potatoes, cut side up, in dish.
    Brush with butter; sprinkle with salt, basil, marjoram and pepper.
    Bake at 400\u00b0, basting occasionally, for 1 hour, or until potatoes are brown.
