Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cream or evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin or canned pumpkin
Preparation

Mix sugar, salt and spices; stir in eggs and beat.
Add milk, pumpkin and cream or milk.
Pour into pie crust shell.
Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
When tester comes out nearly clean, pie is done.
Cool and top with cream and 1/2 cup toasted coconut.
Topping is optional.
