Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir in sour cream.
    Pour mixture in pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Brush top of pie crust with maple syrup.
    Sprinkle some pecans on top if desired.
