Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix all together; put in greased tube pan at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
