Brown Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    2/3 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix shortening, butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
    Stir in flour.
    Turn dough onto floured countertop.
    Shape dough into a ball and cut in half and roll in the shape of a cookie roll.
    Wrap in foil and freeze.
    Slice and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
