Cheesy Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated potato
    1 c. grated or chopped carrot
    1/2 c. grated or chopped celery
    1/2 c. grated or chopped onions
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 c. chicken broth *
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    12 oz. shredded Velveeta cheese
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    *Use 2 cans of College Inn brand chicken broth.
