Kidney Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 hard-boiled egg
    1 medium onion
    2 to 3 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1 rib celery (optional)
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Drain beans and relish.
    Dice onion and celery.
    One hour before serving time, toss all ingredients together with mayonnaise.
    Serve on bed of lettuce.
