Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for 1 (9-inch) pie crust
12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
4 eggs
2 c. cream (light or heavy)
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion on pie shell.
Beat eggs slightly.
Beat in remaining salt, pepper and paprika.
Pour cream into egg mixture and pour all into pie shell.
Bake, uncovered, in a 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce oven to 300\u00b0.
Bake uncovered until knife comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
