Pork Chops With Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops (about 1/2-inch thick)
    1 envelope brown gravy mix, prepared as directed, or 1 (16 oz.) can brown gravy
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 to 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet, over medium-low heat.
    Add pork chops.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Brown chops on both sides. Transfer chops to casserole dish or around 13 x 9-inch pan for oven.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Pour prepared gravy over chops and sprinkle mushrooms over chops.
    Put in oven for about 30 minutes.
