Dave'S Opening Day Trout(Servings: 2) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fresh trout (approximately 3/4 of a pound each, bone in and skin on)
    5 cloves garlic, chopped coarsely
    1 head Italian curly parsley
    2 sticks butter (margarine may be substituted)
    flour
    salt
    fresh ground pepper
    lemon
Preparation
    Clean the trout, removing the heads and washing the inner cavity thoroughly.
    Mix the salt and pepper with the flour.
    Salt and pepper the cavity and dredge the inside and outside in the flour mixture.
