Marinated Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. sherry
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) pork loin roast or 6 to 8 pork chops
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Place chops or roast in large clear plastic bag.
    Pour in marinade and close bag tightly. Marinate 2 to 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
    Remove roast, place on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Baste with marinade.
    If using chops, bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or cook on charcoal grill 10 minutes each side.
