Cheesy Chicken Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. diced onion
1/4 c. margarine
1/3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
8 oz. Velveeta
2 c. chopped chicken
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in large saucepan.
Cover and cook 15 minutes until tender.
Melt butter in Dutch oven.
Add flour and stir until smooth. Gradually stir in milk.
Cook over medium heat. Stir until thickened and bubbly.
Gradually stir in vegetable mixture, soy sauce, chicken and cheese.
Cook until cheese is melted and thoroughly heated.
Makes 2 1/2 quarts.
