Citrus Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet. Brown pork chops on both sides over medium heat. Add basil, onions and orange juice. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
