Granny'S Deviled Crabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crabmeat
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. celery tops, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    salt
    pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Add onion, celery tops and parsley and saute.
    Stir flour into milk.
    Add milk mixture to onion mixture, slowly stirring until thickens.
    Pour over crabmeat seasoned with paprika and Worcestershire sauce.
    Stir together lightly.
    Chill slightly.
    Form into cakes and pat on more bread crumbs.
    Brown on each side in shortening in fry pan until golden brown.
