Charles' Liver Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. hot sausage
    6 lb. hamburger
    6 lb. liver pudding
    2 to 3 lb. onions
    1 qt. mustard
    1 qt. vinegar
    Tabasco or hot pepper to taste
    black pepper and salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook sausage and hamburger together.
    Add onions.
    Use potato masher to break up lumps.
    Add mustard, Tabasco, salt, pepper and liver pudding.
    Put vinegar in last, just before you take it off stove.
