Parsley-Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yokes
    1 T chopped fresh chives
    1 T chopped fresh parsley
    2 cloves garlic crushed
    1 T plus 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
    1/4 tsp dry mustard
    1/8 tsp ground red pepper
    Dash of salt
    1/2 cup butter or oleo, softened
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients in top of double boiler.
    Place over hot (not boiling) water. Stir with a wire whisk until well blended.
    Add butter, 1 T at a time, stirring constantly with wire whisk until butter melts.
    Continue whisking until sauce is thickened.
    Serve over seafood, beef or vegetables.
