Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 c. chopped cabbage
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Cook meat and onion. Drain. Place 3 cups cabbage in a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover with meat mixture.
    Add remaining cabbage. Pour soup over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 servings. May add 1 cup rice.
