Polish Kielbasa, Rice And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. Polish sausage, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 cans pinto beans
    2 cans whole tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Brown sausage, onion and green pepper in Dutch oven.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Serve over hot rice or mix the rice into mixture (2 to 3 cups rice).
