Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans water
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
salt and pepper
Preparation

Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.
Put rice in dish and spread evenly on bottom.
Mix water and soup together; pour 1/2 of mixture on rice and put 1/2 of Lipton soup mix over soup.
Lay chicken breasts over rice mixture.
Put remaining soup mix and Lipton soup over chicken.
Salt and pepper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
