Pineapple Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. chicken breast
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. pepper
peanut oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 slices canned pineapple (reserve juice)
reserved pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 clove garlic, mashed
parsley
Preparation

Slice chicken meat into thin strips.
Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon cornstarch, the pepper, 1 tablespoon oil, the salt and 1 teaspoon soy sauce.
Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
Cut pineapple into small wedges.
