Quick Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Top Ramen
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
1 can tomatoes, peeled
1 c. meat (chicken or beef), chopped (leftovers)
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated (is option as a topping)
3 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook up Top Ramen soup in 3 cups of water, then add all remainder of ingredients, stirring it a little, bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and serve in bowls, topped with grated cheese (optional).
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
