Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box Duncan Hines cake mix with pudding
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Grease bottom of square cake pan.
Add coconut and pecans. Press in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix according to directions on box.
Pour over coconut and pecans.
Heat butter and cream cheese. Mix in confectioners sugar.
Pour all over cake batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
