Red Cocoa Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 Tbsp. cocoa
2 3/4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. soda
1/3 c. shortening
1 1/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. buttermilk
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Put boiling water on cocoa.
Add soda and cool.
Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Add cocoa mixture.
