Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. oil
    4 cloves garlic
    2 ribs celery
    1 lb. peeled shrimp
    1 bunch green onions
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 cans tomato sauce
    salt
    red pepper
Preparation
    Make roux with flour and oil.
    Add vegetables.
    Cook until tender.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Season to taste with salt and red pepper.
    Add shrimp.
    Cook slowly until tender. Serve over rice.
