Pickled Meat Or Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    meat or fish
    2 tsp. cloves
    1 bay leaf
    4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 onion
Preparation
    Cook meat or fish until tender; drain off juice and keep.
    Cut meat into small pieces.
    Combine the remaining ingredients.
    Boil meat or fish for 30 minutes in brine.
    Add 2 cups broth; cool. Let stand 3 days.
    Can be put into jars and sealed.
