Carne Asada(Mexican Barbecue) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. favorite lean meat or steak (round steak works well)
    1 lemon
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1 tsp. dried cumin (coriander)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cut meat into serving pieces.
    Place in glass bowl or dish. Combine remaining ingredients as a marinade, slicing lemon into eight pieces, squeezing over meat.
    Mix all ingredients, lemon pieces, meat and marinade in bowl.
    Marinate 6 hours or overnight. Grill (barbecue) or broil to your favorite doneness.
