Birthday Cake Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. confectioners sugar
1 c. Crisco shortening
1/2 c. water
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except vanilla.
Mix with mixer; add vanilla and mix well.
Keep covered until ready to spread on cake. Food coloring may be added for decorating.
