Grandma Eleanor'S American Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. elbow macaroni
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 small onion, diced
    1/2 green pepper (optional)
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Prepare elbow macaroni according to package directions.
    Brown ground beef; saute onion and pepper.
    Mix all ingredients together and heat.
