Microwave Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 c. hot cooked rice or noodles (to serve)
Preparation
    Place ground beef in a 2-quart microwave casserole; break up with fork.
    stir in onion and garlic.
    Cover and cook on High 5 to 6 minutes, or until beef is no longer red and onion is transparent; drain.
    Stir in soup, mushrooms, tomato paste, salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook on High 7 to 8 minutes, stirring once. Stir in sour cream.
    Cook on 60 for 1 minute.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
