Fresh Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. tomatoes
    2 medium green peppers
    2 medium onions
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. celery
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes, peppers and onions.
    Drain slightly and place in medium bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss to mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
    Serve with ham, pork, eggs, chicken, shrimp and fish.
