Indian Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 can water
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown beef, pepper and onion
    together.
    Drain grease; add flour and stir well.
    Add the sugar, corn, tomatoes, soup and water.
    Simmer for 40 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
