Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 pkg. fresh spinach, washed and torn or 10 oz. pkg. frozen, cooked
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
    2 (14 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) frozen tortellini
    3 tsp. fresh basil
    margarine
Preparation
    Brown garlic in margarine.
    Add broth and tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes.
    Bring to boil; add tortellini.
    Reduce heat and simmer 7 minutes more.
    Add spinach, basil and cheese.
    Simmer a few more minutes.
    Serve hot with extra Parmesan.
