Chicken Saltimbocca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 chicken breasts, deboned
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    In plastic bag mix flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, sage and pepper.
    Shake chicken in bag and then place in baking dish. Cover with cream of chicken soup mixed with 1/2 can water.
    Bake uncovered 1 hour.
    Make gravy from leftover soup after chicken is removed.
    Use leftover flour mixture for thickening.
