Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    chopped onion
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    cumin powder
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can (large) tomato paste
    1 tomato can water
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    corn tortillas
Preparation
    Gravy:
    In a skillet, mix water, all spices, chili powder, salt and 2 to 3 tablespoons flour.
