Mexican Chili Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    red chili pepper
Preparation
    Melt cheese until soft.
    Mix all ingredients except chili powder.
    Divide into 5 long rolls.
    Roll in chili powder until covered.
    Wrap each roll in Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve with crisp crackers.
    Will keep in refrigerator for several weeks.
    This is a Tex Mex dish.
