Ground Beef-Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck. Saute onions and garlic. Add to ground chuck mixture. Cook noodles according to package directions. Combine sour cream and cream cheese. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer noodles, ground chuck mixture and cream cheese-sour cream mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until grated cheese is melted and dish is heated through.
