Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. half and half
    1 pkg. vegetable broth or 2 vegetable bouillon cubes
    1 bay leaf
    1 1/2 tsp. herb salt (can substitute salt and pepper)
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
Preparation
    Blend butter and flour in saucepan until smooth.
    Gradually add milk and half and half stirring constantly.
    Dissolve vegetable broth in small amount of hot water.
    Add with remaining ingredients, except broccoli, to creamed mixture.
    Cook until smooth, stirring constantly.
    Stir in broccoli; heat thoroughly. Remove bay leaf before serving.
    Serves 4 to 6.
