Shrimp Mosca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. garlic puree
1 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation

Cook sauce slowly for 10 to 15 minutes; do not boil.
Allow to cool slightly and add shrimp (50 to 60 medium).
Stir shrimp around in mixture.
Put in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Cook 18 to 20 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven, stirring several times. Serve with French bread and potato salad (use bread to dip in sauce).
