Poor Man'S Lobster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    haddock
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    2 to 3 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil haddock in water with vinegar and salt.
    Cook for 15 to 20 minutes if fish is frozen, less time if fresh.
    Drain fish; place under broiler for a few minutes to dry out.
    Serve with melted butter.
    Tastes like lobster.
