Macaroni Buffet Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. macaroni and cheese dinner
    1 small green pepper
    1 small onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
    1 (8 oz.) can golden whole kernel sweet corn
    2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dice green pepper, onion and garlic.
    Saute with ground beef in olive oil.
    Add uncooked macaroni.
    Add remaining ingredients, reserving small amount of olives for garnishing top.
    Stir in cheese sauce.
    Cover tightly.
    Cook on high heat until steaming freely, then turn to lowest heat for 25 to 30 minutes or until all ingredients are cooked to desired tenderness.
    Stir occasionally. Serve in skillet.
