Asparagus Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh asparagus (trimmed)
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. buttered and toasted bread crumbs
    6 cherry tomatoes (halved)
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, steam asparagus until tender;
    drain and place on a serving platter.
    In a small jar with a lid, shake together oil, lemon juice, mustard, pepper, and salt.
    When ready to serve (warm or at room temperature), pour vinaigrette evenly over asparagus;
    sprinkle with bread crumbs and garnish with cherry tomato halves.
