Party Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans
1/4 c. finely chopped green sweet pepper
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. tomato catsup
3 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Use as fillings between lightly buttered slices of sandwich bread.
Trim crusts.
Will keep in refrigerator for several days.
