Orange Peel Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. molasses
1 c. sugar
1 egg
5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cold coffee
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. orange peel, candied
Preparation

Combine molasses, sugar and egg.
Sift flour and baking powder.
Dissolve baking soda in coffee.
Add flour mixture and coffee mixture alternately to the molasses mixture.
Fold in orange peel.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
