Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flank or round steak
    2 Tbsp. oyster sauce or 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 green peppers, cut into bite size pieces
    1 tomato, sliced into wedges
    1 onion, sliced into wedges
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    salt
Preparation
    Slice steak across the grain and marinate in oyster sauce, water, cornstarch, baking soda and 1 tablespoon of oil for 15 minutes.
