Angel Delight Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 or 12 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
1/4 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/8 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 pt. whipping cream or 1 small can Carnation milk, chilled
2 Tbsp. sugar (for whipped cream)
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O; let cool.
Cream cottage cheese with salad dressing.
Add pineapple and nuts to the cheese mixture.
Whip the cream.
Add sugar (or whip Carnation and add little lemon juice to kill canned flavor).
Fold in cream.
Ready to mold.
