Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Wash, peel and slice sweet potatoes lengthwise 1/4-inch thick. Place in pan with small amount of oil.
    Fry slow until tender, when pierced with a fork.
    Turn over and salt lightly.
    Goes good with turnip greens or collards.
