Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

3 lb. chicken wings
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
1/2 c. honey
2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic, pressed
4 drops Tabasco
Preparation

Cut wings at joints; remove tips and discard.
Wash and pat dry on paper towel.
Combine remaining ingredients in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Arrange wings in single layer in marinade; cover and refrigerate for several hours, turning occasionally.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for approximately 30 to 40 minutes, until tender.
Serve from chafing dish or fondue pot in sauce.
