Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 beaten eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can creamed corn
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients.
Stir only until moistened.
Pour into greased 9-inch square baking dish or 10-inch heavy skillet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and tests done.
